On the basis of adhocracy.plus, we have launched an online participation process together with the Mining, Chemical and Energy Industrial Union (IG BCE). Germany's third-largest individual trade union uses adhocracy.plus as a platform to jointly discuss central issues of an open future process.

Using the adhocracy.plus-based modules "Debate" and "Poll", members can discuss future scenarios online, comment on other contributions and give ratings. Furthermore, questions can be answered with predefined answers. A team of moderators* ensures that fair and polite manners are observed.
The process of the IG BCE is special because only members of the IG BCE can participate in the internal participation.
